Red, white, blue.

So yes I know I am very late on posting- but like I said.. I was going to catch up somehow! This is part 1 of our 4th of July celebration. It started out with our annual parade at Centerville and this year was extra special because our Buzzy was actually IN the parade this time. We are so grateful for his new karate academy that he has joined, the Bobby Lawrence Karate in Centerville (that will be a whole new post). He was our local celebrity for the day.. we had people calling our cell phones asking us if Isaiah was in the parade because they thought he threw them candy:)
Then after that first event.. later in the evening we went up to Davis High for the program (my sisters) and then the amazing fireworks! Perfect way to end the night! Oh and don't forget to look how beautiful the view was when my sisters were singing.. it was a breath taker that's for sure.

Annual trip to the mountains..

I look forward to this one event every year. My family usually always gets a condo up in Park City area around this time.. this year we went up to Deer Valley. It was fun minus my heat stroke. I am still stumped on how I got that. Our family always knows how to do it right- Weird picture-- right?? ya I know.

I just got finished uploading 250 pictures all from summer events this year... how do I decide what to post? holy cow- We have done so many fun things since the 4th of July. Isaiah has been extremely busy with soccer, karate, his all boy hip hop class, ect.. and I have been busy trying to keep up with 3 part time jobs and a full time job! I KID YOU NOT.. I am a chicken with it's head cut off, hence no posting much on the bliggity blog. As I previously mentioned J and I took off to sin city for our 8 year anniversary which was better than I could have ever imagined. The best thing we have ever done since we had our babies. WAY overdue. Jake is busy at his job full time while also getting ready to graduate!!!! I am in awe with his drive and motivation that he has to have to do everything- I literally couldn't go back to school and do the homework he has after a long day at work. I take one look at it and run. My brain cells left long ago with each kid. He also somehow finds time and energy to work out daily.. I didn't think it was possible to be more attracted to him than I was, but I guess it's possible:) woot woot! **DISCLAIMER** me saying this does NOT mean that we are perfect and happy all the time. WE HAVE PROBLEMS. Uh oh- did I just say that on our blog??? Isn't that against the rules to post anything but good things on a family blog?? There I go again breaking all the rules..

So anyway, I will stop being wordy and get to down to the nitty gritty-

I FINALLY GOT IT!!! WAHOOOO... Vegas here we come! (If you don't already know- Jake surprised me with a 5 day getaway for our 8 year anniversary this weekend - we have never been on a vacation alone together SINCE our honeymoon)....
