A few random pictures..

Well last night I was uploading my pictures onto my desktop and erased 90% of them. Soo typical of me. So here is a few pictures that weren't erased from last weekend at Kangaroozoo.

Gramps

I'm really so grateful my two kids have been able to spend time with my special grandpa. Its been so hard to watch him struggle and letting go and having people take care of him. He is in good spirits which was so nice to see this weekend. I left the place he was staying at, super depressed. To see all these people that are living off of machines day after day after day. It was so nice to see grandpa cracking some jokes. I am sure the staff appreciates having him there. He is lucky for having them but I think they are equally lucky to have him as a patient.

Mortified..

Has any of you reading this, had kids that have completely mortified you in a certain setting? K cause I was ready to pretend London wasn't my own flesh and blood last night. I almost gave her, her first time out last night at 10 months old. That is all I am saying...

A morning surprise..

This morning, Isaiah and I were on the couch and I swear I thought I saw something in the corner of my eye outside our window.. I walked up and looked straight in the eyes of 4 "REINDEER," as Isaiah would say. It was quite amazing. I would think they were gone and then they would come back. So finally I took a few shots, the best I could...

So funny..

I was in the other room and as I was walking in... Isaiah didn't see me and he said, "Londies, don't you dare look." I looked up and saw a love scene on Days of Our Lives... and I sat behind and watched to see what he did... he started feeding himself some yogurt with his eyes closed... So I walked in and changed the channel and he turned to me and said, "Thanks mom for changing it." I tried not to laugh out loud..

Just more of my princess...

And also.. I got my splints out today!! Yea. So now we just have to hope that the swelling goes down in my face.. or else there is infection which would be terrible! So for now.. things are good and my gramps just got out of ICU. So things are looking up.

Endless activities.

Alright... well obviously it has been very eventful for everyone this week... but we had a birthday party for Isaiah which was fun.. he wanted to bowl and eat pizza and have strawberry shortcake. So we did just that. We had some fun... then for New Years we did our annual dinner at Tepanyaki with some other couples. On top of all of this, my wonderful Grandpa that I just blogged about his birthday a few weeks ago.. he has been in critical condition in the hospital. We have had quite a few scares. He is still currently up there.. luckily the hosptial is less than 2 minutes from my house! Anyway, here are a few fun pictures of these events in our home!
