Well I first wanted to post a picture of my little man with the Easter bunny, since it is Easter and I really won't be able to spend time with him this year. My c-section is planned for 9 am tomorrow morning. I didn't think I would be as nervous as I am. I want the baby to be healthy and come out okay... and I am scared for the recovery. But what a blessing to have a little girl coming into our lives.. I have so much gratitude in my heart for her already.
I also wanted to thank my good friend Jen Herem for being such a big helper to me during this time. We had a lot of fun getting pedicures the other night and vegging the other night. I really have great friends (including Alexis- her big sis). And I have great family that care a lot about me and help me more than you can imagine.
Anyway next post will be to welcome our daughter.. Have a great Easter holiday!

I feel like I can't do too much even though I have things to do... my body doesn't keep up! When someone asks what I am up to.. uhhh just taking care of a 3 year old and waiting to have another one. I can't really start projects, so I feel so lazy! I know it won't be that way in a week.
We have had a few scares this week.. she was measuring small and I had to go in for an ultrasound and testing and they said she is fine.. just super low. Trust me I feel it as I walk!
I tried giving my mom a pedicure today.. what a task. I had to change positions like a million times to paint her toenails.
I decided to enter Isaiah in a little local radio contest called Kiddieokie.. where you record your child singing a popular song on the radio.. Isaiah's favorite song is Alicia Keys, No One. So I got him singing that- it's hilarious. When voting begins on Monday, I will need all your votes and I will post the website on where to vote...

Okay so I wanted to show off her room one more time.. I painted the two pictures on the wall - they aren't professional by any means but at least I can say I made everything on her walls in her room:) Her room is all ready to go, including clothes hung and folded in her closet- now we are just waiting for her to arrive.
I am usually not a huge name brand type of gal, but Jake got me this diaper bag and I am excited. It is really cute and I can use it as a purse as well.
Tonight Jake's cousin is going to come over and give me a facial, paint my toes, and give me a good wax job:) ha. She is an esthetician obviously.. It is much needed and I SO appreciate her going out of her way for me.. So I better go get ready. Chow for now!

My sisters and my mom threw me the best baby shower. We had a lot of fun and a lot of people were able to make it. We had a great turn out. It was fun to see everyone I hadn't seen in a long time. We had a lot of laughs for sure there. I only have a little over 2 weeks left! I am dying of anticipation and scared at the same time. She has so many clothes I don't even know what to do with them. I will probably have to dress her up like 4 times a day :)
Yesterday Isaiah wanted to have "family time" as we call it in our home. And we usually have popcorn and candy and watch a movie. Well he decided he would initiate and he came upstairs with cooked popcorn. Jake and I just sat there stunned. How would he know how to do that? How dangerous is that!!!! He got it out of the cupboard and took off the plastic wrap and put it in the microwave for a few minutes and then walked up with it. I was trying not to smile while I punished him but I couldn't belive my 3 year old did that! He also sang I Am A Child Of God in my mom's young womens lesson yesterday. It made me tear up. He is so special.
