Doctors seeing more injuries related to text messaging

Doctors across the country are seeing everything from boo-boos and scrapes to some serious injuries because of text messaging.
The message they have is pay attention!
There have been deadly accidents here involving people driving and texting. But emergency room doctors across the country now report more people getting hurt because they are texting while walking, rollerblading, biking and cooking.
A spokesman for McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden tells The Salt Lake Tribune they are seeing some turned ankles and broken bones after people have fallen down the stairs while texting. Primary Children's Medical Center says cell phones are such a concern, it wants to track when cell phones are involved in trauma injuries.

Dances of the night...
Okay so I give it to Joshua and Katee, the contemporary routine done to Celine Dion's, All by Myself. It was super super passionate and they dance so well together, it was hard not to get into it! I loved the other routine they did as well but this one definitely stuck out in my mind.
Also my favorite solo of the night was Joshua.. he did amazing.

It begins now...
I was organizing London's room and was filtering out her shoes. I thought it would be funny to take a picture of all the shoes. She doesn't even need shoes but somehow she has them! She has one for every outfit. London wouldn't have it any other way:)

Weekend
We had some friends over for dinner on Sunday, The Luckau's. Their girls played so well with Isaiah. It was fun to watch them enjoy each other's company. Here are some pictures of them playing at the park..
London thinks she is getting so big now... so she tried her highchair for the first time.. she loved it.

Happy Anniversary Jacob!
We were married 5 years ago today. Where has all the time gone? It seems like once you have kids it just zips by. I was happier than I had ever been in my whole life 5 years ago. We've always had no problem laughing together. No matter how hard things would get, he always could make me laugh- no matter how hard I try not to. I'm so grateful we've made it this far and I look forward to spending many more years with him and with our beautiful children.

Has it really been 8 years already?
8 years ago today, we lost a beautiful soul.. Andrea Richards. I miss her so much. I can't believe all these years have passed. Everyday I think it is not fair that she didn't get to live as long as she should have. I have no doubt that she really tried to live her whole 90 years of life in her short span she was here. She had every different hair color you can imagine.. red, black, white, blonde, red.. She would always be side tracked while driving a million miles per hour, trying to find her light blue Extra gum. Does anyone remember how funny it would be when we were Vykelles and she would come into practice like 45 minutes late and looked asleep? I think she ran out of gas on the way to practice at like 5 am.. ha. I have so many great memories.. we went hiking down in St George and she decided to take off and I couldn't find her for over an hour.. ya she ran down the whole mountain!! She was so random and she made me enjoy my teenage years more than I ever would without her! She will always be a big part of my life and just like she wrote me in a letter before she passed.... Don't ever forget me. I love you always and forever.
This is a picture I took of her in our room in St. George over Memorial day weekend.
Enjoying the 4th of July in Salt Lake..
One last picture of all of us before she left us.. we always had so much fun!

Dances of the Night
2nd place... goes to Comfort and Twitch to Forever by Chris Brown. This one was fun to watch, it was both in their elements.. it was exciting. Comfort isn't my favorite, but I liked watching her do this routine. She totally reminded me of the late Left Eye from TLC... Can we say 1990's! Who remembers that? I'm so lame:) And for those of you who watch this show.. Isaiah goes around saying, "That was disgusting and BUCK!"

Party time..
Isaiah attended Nixen's birthday party. He was so excited to give him his present and play with his friends..
This is Tara's son Cannon..
Isaiah always has to do some smirk in each picture.. so much like his dad!
Tara's boys Cannon and Jaxon..
Amber's beautiful little girl, Olivia.
Lil London smiling away!
