Has it really been 8 years already?

8 years ago today, we lost a beautiful soul.. Andrea Richards. I miss her so much. I can't believe all these years have passed. Everyday I think it is not fair that she didn't get to live as long as she should have. I have no doubt that she really tried to live her whole 90 years of life in her short span she was here. She had every different hair color you can imagine.. red, black, white, blonde, red.. She would always be side tracked while driving a million miles per hour, trying to find her light blue Extra gum. Does anyone remember how funny it would be when we were Vykelles and she would come into practice like 45 minutes late and looked asleep? I think she ran out of gas on the way to practice at like 5 am.. ha. I have so many great memories.. we went hiking down in St George and she decided to take off and I couldn't find her for over an hour.. ya she ran down the whole mountain!! She was so random and she made me enjoy my teenage years more than I ever would without her! She will always be a big part of my life and just like she wrote me in a letter before she passed.... Don't ever forget me. I love you always and forever.

This is a picture I took of her in our room in St. George over Memorial day weekend.
Enjoying the 4th of July in Salt Lake..
One last picture of all of us before she left us.. we always had so much fun!

8 years? Wow, that is so crazy!

Annie was/is one of a kind. I have lots of fond/crazy memories of her too. She really had a kind heart and really was a great friend.

Thanks for posting things about her, so we will always remember her.

It's so hard to lose friends at a young age.

Wow, I can't believe it has been eight years. She really did know how to live life to its fullest!

I do keep in contact w/ Jamie a little bit. She got married about two years ago. She is still dancing, teaching, and choreographing. If you want her number let me know.

I cant believe its been that long. I have so many fun memories of her as well. Remeber her wearing a tank top and shorts in the middle of winter? The best thing about her was whenever I saw her she would run and give me the biggest hug like she hadnt seen me in years, when really I saw her many times every day.

Thanks for the post Mandy. It is crazy that it has been eight years. I too love that picture you took, it is one of my favorites. She truly did know how to live life above and beyond most of us. You have always been a true friend, I appreciate your friendship and the memories you remind us of. I had a grilled cheese sandwich that I dipped in ketchup yesterday in her honor :) Love you all.
